Long Lake

Long Lake, centrally located in the Adirondack Park, is a wide part of the Raquette River as it flows north to the St. Lawrence River. It is 16 miles long, has beautiful sandy beaches on it’s southern shores. The Northville to Lake Placid trail meanders along the eastern side of the lake and through the wilderness area accessible by boat only. Long Lake boasts a large, year round village with shops and restaurants.
